Although I am not related to any of the people on this Web site, my research has left me feeling a deep respect for this family group, who immigrated to the U.S. in the early part of the twentieth century and lived the American dream.
This research began with my friend. When I gave her all of this family information she wrote me a lovely note, part of which said, “… all this information is overwhelming. I truly believe when all is said and done, this has been a blessing.”Final word
In all of us there is a hunger, marrow-deep, to know our heritage - to know who we are and where we have come from. Without this enriching knowledge, there is a hollow yearning. No matter what our attainments in life, there is still a vacuum. An emptiness. And the most disquieting loneliness.
